I was diagnosed with Anorexia almost three years ago and have been battling it ever since. On my blog I share different experiences that I have had when I was really sick, as well as the progress I am now making as I try to recover. Since creating my blog I have never felt more motivated to recover and I hope that through writing about my recovery, I will be able to inspire people with eating disorders to fight for a happier and healthier life.
Thanks for this post. Really need it at the moment. Recovery is taking sooo long. If someone could just give me a tablet to change my thoughts that would be awesome. After decades of having an Ed my insides are not coping and I'm having quite a few issues. I do know that not recovering will make things worse. So I keep pressing on xx
You welcome Sonya. I am so glad that you found it a little helpful and am still so happy to see you are still fighting. Just think that even if you are a little worse physically in the short term, eventually you will be much better off. try to think about recovery just like chemotherapy or radiation to a cancer patient, it makes them feel awful at the time but they do it anyway as eventually it could save their lives. Keep fighting XXXX
