What I ate today

Toast with peanut butter and oats prepared with milk and topped with banana
1 vanilla up and go and 3 macadamia and white choc chip cookies

1 cheese and relish sandwhich (which I toasted at work), 1 large pear and 1 chocolate snak Pack 
Apple puree with vanilla yoghurt and 1 bounty chocolate bar

Creamy chicken carbonara, corn on the cob, peas and carrots

Hot lemon sponge pudding with vanilla icecream

One white hot chocolate

  1. Everything looks so delish! Were you ever scared that you were eating too unhealthily while recovering? How did you overcome that fear if so?

    1. I knew that the foods i was eating werent overly nutritious however in order to get enough calories in, I found eating those types of foods was the easiest way. I also enjoyed eating those sorts of food ALOT since i had not let myself eat them for so long. But it helped that i atelots of veggies and fruit also :) I am glad now that i ate lots of those types of foods during my weight restoration as i overcame my fears of those foodsso even though i dont eat those foods daily now, i can still enjoy them in a mored balanced manner :)
