DeleteThat all looks so good! The herbalife mug cake is very clever - did you come up with that yourself?
ReplyDeleteI've got a bit of a question though. I've noticed you seem to eat very healthy foods most of the time. Even in recovery, do you see them as safe foods?
xx
Hi Bella! No, I got the recipe off of the internet. And it is seriously delicious and really nutricious too!
DeleteYes, I agree that what I eat now is healthy however I didnt eat like this when I was in recovery and I would not recommend it either.I think in order to make a full recovery you can not be scared of foods or allowing your anorexic thoughts to make your food choices for you.
For example I dont eat healthier foods now because I have any type of fear of other foods, its just that I really enjoy nourishing my body and eating healthily makes me feel energetic and happy :)
I hope you are well Bella and it was great to hear from you <3 xx
