Hello. Is this 2500 calories? I am increasing my intake again to try and reach 2500, and your food journals help me improve my own
ReplyDeleteHi there :) Yes, this is approxiately 2500 calories which is what I maintain my weight on. Some people find 2500 calories enough to gain weight on which I hope is the case for you, but you may find that you need to eat more to gain weight. I became weight restored whilst eating over 3200 calories. Goodluck :) xx
