The cruise ship sounds truly amazing. It has all you can eat catering included in the fare, pools, spas, a casino, night clubs, gyms, a cinema, live shows, and heaps of other entertainment as well. We couldn't believe how cheap it is too. We also have to buy air fares up to Brisbane where the ship departs from but other then that basically everything is included in the fare.
We were so lucky as we were all able to get time off work and university as otherwise we wouldnt have been able to go. We didn't want to wait too long before booking as we thought that we may miss out if we did, so we agreed it would be better to book straight away.
I am so excited, the next two months really couldn't go fast enough!
Oooh how exciting!! I'm so excited for you! I bet you're wishing away the next two months! Are you going with family or friends? My friend wants me to go on a cruise with her to Amsterdam for 5 days in April. I do want to go, but I'm scared at the same time. What would you say? Xx
ReplyDeleteYay! I am so excited! I am going witth the two girls that I went out and celebrated my birthday with :)
DeleteI think a cruise would be amazing for you Annie! But then I wouldnt agree to go unless you were sure you would be well enough to go as otherwise it would be pretty dissappointing for your friend if you pulled out at the last minute. You are making so much progress at the moment that going really could be a possibility though. I mean, there is no reason why you cant achieve every bit as much over the next 6 months that I have over the last 6 months, you just have to believe in your self and be really brave!
Are you currently following some kind of meal plan?? While you are doing so well perhaps it would be a good time to start following a meal plan. x
I'm so excited for you! I'm seriously considering going on the cruise now. It's with a very close friend so I'm sure I'd be safe with her. But like you say, I'd hate to have to pull out at the last minute, so I need to make sure that I keep well. And be brave, yes indeed!
DeleteI'm not following any meal plan to be honest. But you're right, I think I should. I'm just eating what I want when I want. But I never eat breakfast or lunch as such, I just snack throughout the day. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. It's a bit all over the place!! At least I'm eating I guess is the main thing. Did you find it hard to make your meal plan and stick to it when you first started?
Xx
Definitely! You should do it!You deserve to treat yourself after all of the hard work you have been doing and it would also be something for you to work towards and keep you motivated in your recovery. You ARE brave enough Annie, I am sure of it!
DeleteThe fact that you are eating is definetely the most important thing but it would be a good idea to evenntually start eating breakfast and lunch too. Even if youu just have to work up to doing this over the next little while. Increasing my meal plan was a very gradual process. To begin with I didn't actually have a set meal plan, I just ate a mminiimum amont of calories every day. So I may have started at 1200 calories, gradually increased that up to 1800 and the to 2000. I stayed eating about 2000 calories for aabout 12 months before I actually made my meal plan and started eating proper recovery amounts. I would highly reccommend not going quite as slowly as I did though, I would just work on recovering as quickly as possible. You deseerve to truly start living a real life as soon as possible Annie.
The only way a meal plan will work is if you never see iit as a choice, but instead something you have no choice but to follow. Even if you find yourself crying your eyes ou while completing a meal, you just need to do it anyway. No matter how hard it may seem, sticking to your meal plan really cant hurt yyou, it can only save you! <3 xx
I like the way you increased the number of calories you were eating in a steady way. I don't tend to count calories any more, but I'm thinking I should, like you, I like the way you did it.
DeleteI ate breakfast yesterday!! But I need to be able to do it every day, like you. Consistently.
I love the last paragraph you wrote, it is so empowering and so important. Thank you for sharing this with me, Karly, thank you ever so much! XX
Oh wow, that's so exciting!! I've never been that far north either. Outside of Victoria, I've only been to SA when I was younger, Tassie once, and a few trips up to the VIC/NSW border. A cruise would be an amazing way to see the coast, especially with all the little islands and snorkeling and everything. And yes, they are crazily cheap! My brother's recently gotten into cruising, and I think it's gotta be one of the best-value ways to travel.
