Typical daily intake

While my appetite isn't quite back to what it used to be, it has still improved which is good. I have found that I have still eaten the same sized snacks each day anyway, even though I have decided not to force myself to do so if ever I really don't feel like it. Today I had the following three meals for my main meals as well as some yummy snacks. I had an orange with three chocolate crown biscuits for morning tea, A turkish delight chocolate and a banana for afternoon tea and then an apple and a tin of vanilla creamed rice for dessert.

Creamy vanilla oats with 2 slices of toast with cashew butter

2 Crumpets with cream cheese, 1 creamy full fat Strawberry yoghurt and an apple

1 tin of pea and ham soup with 3 slices of buttered bread
