Photo Food Diary

Apricot, almond and vanilla oats prepared with 3/4 cup of milk and topped with 1 small sliced banana and 2 slices of wholemeal toast with Maple nut spread

1 small serve of grapes, 1 caramel Up and Go and 3 macadamia and white chocolate chip cookies

1 cheese an delish sandwich, 1 large apple and 1 vanilla snak Pack custard tub 

1 tub of apple puree with creamy vanilla yoghurt and 1 violet crumble chocolate bar 

Chicken flavoured rice with extra boccoli, carrot and peas


1 large bowl of vanilla icecream topped with 1 crushed flake chocolate bar

1 frothy hot chocolate made with cold milk and boiling water

I am really glad that it is slightly better then it was Annie, just try to keep making progress. :) Luckily I am a really determined person so once I set my mind to something, I try and do it no matter how painful it may be. I honestly dont see following my meal plan as a choice. I never think 'should I eat my snack or not?' I just know that when it is snack time, I have to eat what is specified on my meal plan whether I feel like it or not. I think of it exactly the same as a diabetic giving themselves insulin shots. Do they enjoy giving themselves shots? I highly doubt it but they do it anyway because they now that they have no choice. If they dont give themselves the shots they could die. Just like us with eating. You are strong enough to do what I do too Annie, yyou just need to believe in yourself! <3 xx

    4. I really enjoyed your post about this issue. I'm a very determined person just like you, so I think I can't want to get better enough to make the changes you've made perhaps?     5. You coukd be right Annie as yu ou really do need to want recovery with all your heart in order to commit to it. I really hope you start wanting recovery emough sometime soon so that you can give it 100%. Once yhis happened you will be unstoppable. Keep fightin though and making as much progress as you can in the mean time. <3 xx
